Zachary E. Borter

Zachary E. Borter is an Associate Attorney at the law firm of Cary J. Wintroub & Associates. Zach is a member of Cary J. Wintroub & Associates’ personal injury litigation team, with a primary concentration in car accidents, construction accidents, and slip and falls. Zach began his legal career with a boutique Chicago personal injury firm. There, he gained considerable experience working on all aspects of personal injury law. Zach understands the intricacies of personal injury law. At Cary J. Wintroub & Associates he applies his expertise to obtain the best possible results for his clients. Zach has additional experience in criminal law and workers’ compensation law. Zach is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.

Zach earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois where his studies focused on trial advocacy. While attending John Marshall Law School, Zach was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity. Zach received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. Zach lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. He spends his free time playing sports and cheering on his favorite Chicago sports teams.
