Jonathan Beissinger is an Associate Attorney at Cary J. Wintroub & Associates who concentrates in litigating various types of personal injury claims. He primarily handles auto accidents, slip and falls, and other types of premises cases. Jon worked at several other personal injury firms before joining Cary J. Wintroub & Associates, and also has experience working at a medical malpractice defense firm. Having seen how both plaintiffs’ firms and defense firms approach a claim, Jon understands the importance of knowing the details of each of his cases. He also takes great pride in connecting with clients and making sure they know how to put themselves in the best position they can to get a successful result. Jon additionally speaks Spanish and puts his Hispanic clients at ease as they navigate the judicial system, many of them for the first time. 

Jon earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2020. While attending Loyola, Jon worked as a law clerk at a personal injury law firm that specialized in medical malpractice. He also took numerous trial classes and represented real clients at an arbitration clinic. Before moving to Chicago for law school, Jon worked as a paralegal for several years on the East Coast where he grew up. Jon received his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University where he majored in history. In his free time, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching sports, and trying new restaurants with friends.
